Lovely exhibition of Gees Bend hand-stitched quilts at the American Museum in Bath - the size and precision was incredible. Made me want to get crafting. www.americanmuseum.org/exhibitio…

Cool Werner Bischof images at the Fox Talbot museum taken in the 1940s with a Devin Tri-Color camera - it captured in one shot three different photographs through the colour filters: red, green and blue. So vivid!

A nice brisk beach walk yesterday admiring the surfers braving the cold water in Devon, before roast dinner cooking duties today. Happy Xmas folks! ππ·
Cooler weather perfect for a dog walk

Thoroughly enjoying Orphan Black: Echoes. A bit more serious than the first but very much the same wacky sci-fi vibes. πΊ
5 hours weeding the driveway and I Iβm spent. Thereβs something satisfying about the kind of tiredness you get from gardening - feels like a proper workout.
Had a bit of a meh feeling evening so got up early and tacked the garden before it got too hot. Sometimes you just gotta get you hands in some soil and do some hard graft outside. That and the sunshine and mood already improving. π±
Voted.
Lovely day wandering around Eastbourne discovering nice food and coffee. This was a sweet potato and chorizo hash from Urban Ground. Also had great coffee at Nelsons.

Nice day trip out exploring Bristol on the train while visiting nearby

Waiting for her first train ride
Day 7 or 8 of Covid for me. So thankful to be able to shelter at home and have someone look out for me, but living in one room has been really testing. The dog spends time outside my door not understanding what she canβt come in. Itβs finally eased off a bit but so looking forward to starting my 2024 properly soon.
Got to go on a boat tour of the Rampion wind farm off the south coast of the UK. Such an incredible engineering feat to build something like this in such a challenging environment.

Heading into Brighton in a rare outing to see actual people, lured in by the tempting double bill of @paulrobertlloyd and @roobottom give design talks ππ₯
