5 hours weeding the driveway and I I’m spent. There’s something satisfying about the kind of tiredness you get from gardening - feels like a proper workout.

Had a bit of a meh feeling evening so got up early and tacked the garden before it got too hot. Sometimes you just gotta get you hands in some soil and do some hard graft outside. That and the sunshine and mood already improving. 🌱

Lovely day wandering around Eastbourne discovering nice food and coffee. This was a sweet potato and chorizo hash from Urban Ground. Also had great coffee at Nelsons.
